A National Guardsman was arrested Thursday and charged by the Army with trying to provide information to the al-Qaida terrorist network, a federal law enforcement official said.

This folks, is treason.

If we don't throw his ass against a wall, we can just dump him alone and unarmed on the Afghan-Pakistan border, and let the local tribes kill him in an interesting fashion.

Assuming he's guilty, he's one of our own. We shouln't let others handle our justice for us.

I am with you. TREASON that should be the charge, not Aiding the Enemy or what ever new age, fluffy bunny, feel good charge they have leveled.

WHile I agree he gets a trial first, I have no problem with letting those polite Muslim Tribespeople showing him a good time
