A National Guardsman was arrested Thursday and charged by the Army with trying to provide information to the al-Qaida terrorist network, a federal law enforcement official said.
This folks, is treason.
If we don't throw his ass against a wall, we can just dump him alone and unarmed on the Afghan-Pakistan border, and let the local tribes kill him in an interesting fashion.
