Having one of our infrequent thunderstorms in the Bay Area today. Driving back to the warehouse I saw a magnificant cell passing over Fremont. At least a dozen strikes in about a minute. Driving home, I drove through a few cells, and had nice ka-BOOMS right over my head.

I got weird looks for driving in a cloudburst with my window down. Fuck'em.

Now if only [livejournal.com profile] fimbrethil had been out here to enjoy this with me...

The Rime of the Ancient Mariner

It is an ancient Mariner,
