First thing, make sure that it will fit! The driver will need at least 18 feet in length, 12.5 feet of width, and 15 feet of overhead clearance. Also, if your drive way is oddly sloped or curved that might be a headache.
Assuming you don't have any problems, Just call PODS and set up a drop. You don't even have to be there (although it's fun to watch.)
Do not pack fragile things like pl;asma TVs, your computers, etc. Take those in your car. Also be really sure to pack the container evenly. Don't put all the heavy stuff at one end, as this causes drivers heartburn.
Tipping the driver is always appreciated, especially is you end up having a tricky drop.
