As I mentioned, I've been in training classes this week being held in one of the warehouses we manage. (We have several in Fremont, all in a cluster where you can walk between the buildings.) Today I spoke to various people at my company who, among other things, manage these warehouses in the Fremont area. They say that they are still looking for people who have forklift certification to work in the Fremont facilities. Write to me in e-mail (standlee dot kevin at menloworldwide dot com) and I'll send you more information, including the name of the specific manager with whom I spoke and to whom I recommended you.
They did say that they do all hiring through Volt Technical (http://jobs.volt.com/), and that most Menlo jobs are temporary at first. Heck, I was a contractor there for fourteen months myself.
