.. he does it with a shiny new piece of bling.
Pittsburgh Steelers: 21
Seattle Seahawks: 10
I'm sorry, friends in the Pacific Northwest, but y'all lost this game. Pittsburgh was vulnerable early, but mental errors and costly penalties hamstrung your offense. I counted three touchdowns that were negated by penalties or by being out of bounds. And the clock management was horrendous. Superbowl XL wasn't won, it was lost.
Great defense on both sides. The big guns on each team were kept in check, except for a few big plays. The razzle-dazzle reverse/WR pass by Randel El to Hines Ward was a thing of beauty.
Before the game, we watched some of Puppy Bowl II on Animal Planet. At halftime, we caught the Kitten Half-Time show, which was cute beyond all reasonable levels.
Pizza was eaten, and we got face time with Kylie the Wonder Baby when she and her Mommy joined us for dinner.
OK, football is over - bring on the baseball!
