A damnable shame, as their products are really nice.
Twice damnable because of their earlier statement that bricks-and-mortar retail isn't profitable enough to sustain them. I don't know that I can fault their decision, but it does put the obligation on them to offer nearly flawless online sales support.
Or perhaps you need to stop trying to sell them Viagra...
What I saw of their products was impressive, but I simply refuse to deal with an outfit that charges my credit card before knowing that they can fill the order. Even with the new job, my gaming dollars are tight and I can't afford this sort of shit.
Hell, if it takes them more than some small number of days to ship, they've violated the rules (laws!) regarding credit cards. Not that most companies care much.

Do you have a Gmail account? If you don't have one, do you want one?
