Brand new, and still pretty bare. Mostly miniatures stuff but a decent shelf of RPGs. The owner was a cute, very knowledgeable young woman who seemed really into both the store as a profit maker and as a gaming space.
They will be getting my business. And when GURPS Space comes out for the 4th edition rules, I'll have a place for my game to run!
Craig, you'd love this place. Very much the GameTable vibe from it.

Date: 14 Jun 2005 18:34 (UTC)We lost our FLGS in Westwood a couple of years ago. It, too, had the Game Table vibe. I played my only recent face-to-face RPG sessions there, sitting around a rickety table in the back room. It was like being 16 again; I loved it.
And the campaign allowed my geeky engineer character to visit Darrian and ogle TL17* goodies. Life was good. Until we went from there into the Sword Worlds. Things went downhill rapidly from there. But in interesting ways. :)
* I'll never stop thinking in CT tech levels.
