This has got to be the most pretentious, overblown, stupid person on LiveJournal. His entire rant, all 2000 words of it, are about a Carl's Jr. forgetting his small fries.

I'm serious. Read for yourself.

Dude, if they blow your order, go in, politely point it out, and accept the manager's offer of a free upgrade. I love how he continually points out his alleged musical career.

His bio is also a hoot.

The best part? After all this amazing rhetoric, all this self-important posturing, [livejournal.com profile] customers_suck has learned that he's a register monkey at a Dominos.

Amazing.

I really have to agree with [livejournal.com profile] valkyrwench... and then some.

As you say, all he had to do was do something constructive to alleviate the problem. We've had to drive back to various fast food places when mistakes are made. So? Does he want a medal? People make mistakes. If there's an ongoing problem at one venue, do as we've done here: don't go there. Oooh. There's a scary solution. I was once in the unenviable position of having to leave a written "tip" (it started with "the service industry is not your niche," and explained why not) for a member of the waitstaff of a favorite (but sadly no longer extant) restaurant -- but that was singular, not only in our response, but in the hideousness of the "service" heaped upon us.

This self-righteous twerp doesn't really even write well enough to warrant his verbosity. One would think he'd been wronged so grievously that a simple paragraph was insufficient. I've written more concisely to elected officials, over issues of actual import.

And his bio is a bit scary to me; he writes a LOT more, and *says* a whole lot less. Wow.

And what does the ethnicity of one of the people he dealt with have to do with anything? He only talks about the race of one person, and not even the person who originally erred. In his whole sea of words, this says quite a bit.

Of course this pompous ass is a reg. guy. He needs to proove to the world that he's not "just" a reg. guy. As if a job well done, and treating people with a modicum of respect, weren't things to be valued of themselves. Such subtleties are over his head.

Amazing is right.

And does he always use 2000 words to say what can be said in 20? ;)

Yeah, very verbose.

This was @convergence in Seattle several years ago. The guy was pontificating about some goth anti-defamation league he was trying to form.

United in darkness we stand or some such codswallup.

This guy is rife with them.

I just wish these self-important ranting youths would realize that all credibility for their position is lost when they don't bother to learn to spell, type, or punctuate, much less elucidate.
