Weekend plans.

1. Cleaning. I need to get some order in this disaster area.

2. Writing. At Close Quarters 2nd Edition has been green-lighted, and we have a group with James, Dom, and a couple of the people who have been running tournaments in the UK to discuss changes and upgrades. So I need to marshal my thoughts on that.

3. Football. I have Sunday off, so I shall be a couch potato, watching the conference title games. There will be beer, salsa, pizza, and dietary tract distress later in the evening. My picks? Eagles-37, Falcons-17 in the NFC's Battle of the Birds. In the AFC, Big Ben will contunue his magic season, overcoming Tom Brady and the Pats. Steelers-28, Patriots-7.

Eagles win the Superbowl.

Are you going to have any stuff for GURPS Traveller on e23? Ground Forces is one of my favorites and I'd like to see more along that line.

I'd love to write Imperial Navy, which has been in limbo for three days shy of forever. I'm going tompoke Loren about it in a bit.

I've also thought about doing a Ministry of Justice book, and the Alpha Crucis sector (working title: The Forgotten Front.)

ACQ 2e, eh? The first one had a definate Traveller 4th edition bent to it - will this be the case this time as well?

Absolutely not. ACQ was written because T4 had a horrible combat system (among other things) and I wanted to fix it.

This will be far more accesable to all Traveller players, as well as being better able to stand alone in tournament play.
