My brother was 6'2" at 13, he only grew another two inches.

Still, a 6'4" is pretty hard to come by.

Wow! That is a pretty stiff punishment. Couldn't they just ground the kid and take away his allowance?

If I had a thirteen year old who went on that kind of drinking spree, I think hitting him where it hurt would be the best thing.
