ATTENTION: Please stand up and cheer and applaud appropriately as that these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS receive the recognition as they truly deserve.

This recognition is based upon the past few years that I been victimized, persecuted and targeted by these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. This acknowledgement of these people is based over a few years period of time.

First:

I would like to CONGRATULATE these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS for being such PROFESSIONALLY excellent examples to other law enforcement officers as to what not to do and what not to be like. We acknowledge these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS whose many remarkable talents and abilities include being very much
conspiratorial. One of their many talents includes the ability to be OUTLANDISHLY over achieving in their usage of HATE CRIMES, TERRORIST ACTS and CONSPIRACY against me. Another remarkable achievement of these people is to have the courage to do everything possible in an almost legendary form to TERRORIZE a DISABLED person. These so called
LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have shown such respect for the law where as to boldly demonstrate how that they seemingly above the law. These officers have shown their expertise in their efforts discredit me around the neighborhood.

These people demonstrate such bravery as to illegally trespass and INTENTIONALLY VIOLATE PRIVATE PROPERTY. These officers have such bravery in the willfulness of TEARING down private property signs that are legally posted in our own back yard. I have been made to understand that they are brave enough to sneak up to our kitchen window and even say hello to my father. This remarkable person was about middle aged, wearing dark pants and a white with checkered coat or shirt. Last night I was hounded and followed by an officer who drove a yellow car while on my way with a friend to pick up a few items from a store. These talented people have helped themselves to our plumb tree and only left just a few plumbs for us. My mother was going to make up her yearly batches of jam for us, family and friends.

These people have shown their talent, ability, knowledge how to ILLEGALLY break and enter into our home on many occasions. We are MISSING many things but recently have discovered VALUABLE jewelry missing that I am responsible for the safe keeping for my brothers. How do I explain that to them? These are the same people who have been intentionally loud voiced, talked and listened to loud radios and cell phones. These people have been courageous enough to tell and to promise my neighbors that they will get rid of me for them. How do I explain that our house has been constantly vandalized by them? These exceptional people have made threats against me of different kinds.

These officers think that they have the right, power and authority to have me taken, abducted, kidnapped and removed away from my OWN home where I live with family. They keep trying to have me removed from my home and family so they won't look bad and fail to keep their word and promise to my neighbors.

These people have been finding ways in attempts to talk my folks turn against me and oust me. These are the same people who keep the neighbors hating me for no valid or proper reason. They have never talked to my parents.

These people have drilled holes into our home from an area on the roof. These are the same people who have and still are in the process of INVADING OUR PRIVACY. These talented people have installed ILLEGALLY electronic bugging equipment and devices. Some of this instillation includes hiding them inside some of our possessions in our own bed rooms as well as other unknown locations through out our home.

I am constantly threatened with arrest and have heard these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS get warrant after warrant after warrant. I am aware of that the total number of warrants issued against me reaches a sub total of OVER 50 WARRANTS. Does all of this qualify to be written up in the world book of records?

I am stalked, followed, chased etc everywhere that I go either with family, with friends and or alone. These people shown the excellence in being abusive to us that when I am with my family on small road trips for the day that we are shadowed regardless of time we spend or the distance we travel.

These so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS have such respect and command of the legal system as to want to ARREST me for telling the world the truth as to what is currently happening to me. In addition to tell the world what has happened and or will happen to me. These so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS want to ARRREST me for using my pre paid internet account as they block my email, try to keep my news group postings from reaching their intended destination. Their superior knowledge of criminal law is useful to them when they illegally break and enter our home and go into MY room and go thru all of my belongings. In addition they tamper with and vandalize my personal things. Included in their illegal presence in my room is trying to use and search thru my NEW computer system thusly destroying my warranty as it has been opened up. I have had my phone system severely damaged as they rearranged all my hook ups.

These officers have also demonstrated their ability to be vastly superior in their understanding medical problems enough to state that a disabled person who can not stand up on their feet for normal periods of time without a cane or a walking device is a fake and must be ARRESTED. These people proven they to have a good command of medical knowledge enough to tell people that I do not have any problems and there is nothing wrong with me nothing at all. These GREAT examples of law enforcement are telling people that I am to be arrested and charged with all kinds of bogus, fabricated charges. They want to try to break in when my folks are sleeping and I am alone in MY own room and in MY own bed either watching television or sleeping showing their immense respect for the law and me in investigative skills that is OUTLANDISHLY so conspiratorial filled with errors and anonymous conjecture.

I have heard via my police scanner radio something about me putting a full retraction on the internet and then these so called LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS will leave me along and go away. I have no idea of what that is all about and I have no intentions on anything on my part being retracted.

Around 11am Friday may 21, .2004 I glanced at one of my monitors. I seen a male figure with dark hair a white plad jacket or checkered jacked /shirt and dark/black pants peeking into my kitchen window area. It is MY kitchen window that is directly over the kitchen sink area.

Dad also saw him later on, and he said hello, Mr. ----- dad just thought he was one of the workmen who is repairing the roof that these people broke down (to the cost of many thousands of dollars) which Roy W. should be replacing our cost)

Today approximately 2:30p.m. Or so, may 23, 2004 (Sunday) Roy was heard to state he would make another call so that I would be picked up tonight. He is using child molestation and trying to ruin Ryan's graduation as the excuses, both of which are LIES.

If I was really a child molester, then the police would have long ago picked me up and booked me. As of last week, there were NO warrants against me (I check every so often, as the W. family are always threatening me when the family are out, and the oldest son home alone then this son starts with the hand gestures, etc to make me retaliate. He also calls the police all the time.

Inasmuch as much money and jewelry has been stolen from our possession, and our plum tree stripped bare, I would guess that these individuals who camp our on our roof are responsible, at the direction of the W. family.

We have no intention of interfering with the high school graduation and party, but the family is so scarred that they are grasping at straws to hurt me and family. These so called agents on our roof keep talking about how they have contacted my mother and she is in cahoots with them. This is definitely a lie. I questioned on several occasions my mother, and she has never had any contact with them⦠same type of lies, different way of going about hurting me! At this point we don't even know the date of the party and my folks will try to be away at the time. Mom was talking about having an anniversary party but now has cancelled that idea, thanks to the behavior of our neighbors.


Pretty amazing, huh? This guy posts all the time.

Well, this passage explains everything. The poor guy is suffering from low-level lead poisoning. ;-)
