I finally cleaned out the Madden directory, and got the game reinstalled to my liking. Created a new team, the San Jose Wildcats. Did the fantasy draft, and entered the preseason.

Folks, either I'm a great GM/coach, or the Boyz really suck.

San Jose Wildcats: 105
Dallas Cowboys: 7



Total offensive yardage was 916 yards. Shawn Btyson, my back-up running back, rushed 21 times for 430 yards! He had several plays where he just broke into the secondary and was just gone. The man scored seven bloody touchdowns.

Along with that, I had a 84 yard punt return for a touchdown, and a 66 yard interception return for a TD.

Well, I'm impressed. I play in coach mode, so I just call the plays. More fun that way.

Looks like Dallas is on their way to another solo-win season. Ah, well. As long as they beat Washington, it's a good year, regardless of their final record.
