A few caveats..
Several of these were visited while in the Army. My experience in Thailand, for example, mainly consisted of crawling through mud and discovering how big leeches can really get. I visited Iceland for exactly one hour on a USAF flight to Germany, where I took part in a Reforger exercise.
I may have forgotten one or two.
I discounted nations where I had no contact with anyone while making a quick stop. For example, coming back from Thailand, our (chartered by the Army) flight landed in Taiwan, but we never left the plane.
