At Close Quarters finally got mentioned in Murphy's Rules! I submitted the thrown penguins rule months ago, and he finally got to it.

Murphy's lives on Pyramid, which is a pay site. So I can't share the cartoon, but it is wonderful. ([livejournal.com profile] kshandra knows my password, so she can go look.)
