Not that I remember. I was just looking for pictures of Jerry to give me a second "Grateful Dead" icon and found that one.

I'd love to find a copy of the VW ad from the memorial issue of Rolling Stone. A simple rough drawing of the front of a VW Minibus, with a single tear coming from one headlight. I have the issue, I may have to scan it sometime.
