It didn't have the dealing-with-the-hero option I was looking for:
Pump two rounds of .45 caliber hollow points into his center of mass from a short range, followed by three to the head. Have a complete forensic medicine team on stand-by to do a full identity check to confirm I killed the right guy. Cremate the body. Put the ashes at the bottom of a sealed mine shaft, with the best alarm systems possible and a 24 hour guard.
