He's been playing Metallica, hour after hour, for the last two weeks. I love Metallica, and I'm starting to get sick of it!

This is between bouts of him having loud domestic disputes with everyone else in the apartment.

Unlikely as it seems, there may be a jury somewhere that would convict you. After all, you don't live in Texas, where "he needed killin'" is a viable defense....
