Found on us.military.army (For those of you not following the war news closely, "Baghdad Bob" is the nickname applied to the Iraqi official who has been making increasing ridiculous press announcements.)
The Ballad of Baghdad Bob
to the tune of The Ballad of Jed Clampett
Come and listen to my story 'bout Baghdad Bob
A poor Iraqi just tryin' to do his job
And then one day he was talkin' on TV
When rollin' into town came the 3rd Infantry
Division, that is
US Army
Tanks and Bradleys
Well the next thing you know old Bob was on the air
Said, "Them tanks ain't really over there"
Look out the window and you'll see 'em in the street
Republican Guards runnin' in defeat
Whoop ass
The whole can
They done bought it
Now it's time to say goodbye to Bob and all his kin
Please stand back 'cause JDAM's will soon be droppin' in
You're not invited back next week 'cause this locality
Will be a smokin' crater and Saddam a memory
Kick back
Take your shoes off
in the palace
No need to come back now, hear?
