Heavy Metal Sunday loves fusions.
Feb. 27th, 2011 08:53 amMorning peeps and fellow metalheads! Today we present a band from the town Kirsten slept in last night, Oakland, Ca. Judgment Day is a three-piece "string metal" band; violin, cello, and drums. They got their start playing on the streets of Berkeley in 2002 as a duo. Soon they recruited a drummer, and began playing shows across the Bay Area. A now out of print EP followed, then came 2004's Dark Opus. Good luck finding any of their stuff in your local record shop. But it is interesting and different, so enjoy Judgment Day performing Zombie Rodeo Clown Live at Emo's - Austin Tx, 5/2/09
