You Are An ISTJ
The Duty Fulfiller

You are responsible, reliable, and hardworking - you get the job done. You prefer productive hobbies, like woodworking or knitting. Quiet and serious, you are well prepared for whatever life hands you. You are conservative and down-to-earth. You hardly ever do anything crazy.

In love, you are loyal and honest. If you commit yourself to someone, then you're fully committed. For you, love is something that happens naturally. And you don't need romantic gestures to feel loved.

At work, you remember details well and are happy to take on any responsibility. You would make a great business executive, accountant, or lawyer.

How you see yourself: Decisive, stable, and dependable

When other people don't get you, they see you as: Boring, conservative, and egotistical

More about ISTJ types.

Four games in, and I've lost both my starting Quarterback and Halfback to season-ending injuries. My QB duties are now in the hands of a 1st round rookie who is showing some promise (he had a very strong preseason, but is still a little shaky on accuracy) and my starting halfback is a 1 year veteran who has proven himself to be, at the least, strong enough to keep the run a credible threat.

Making matters more interesting is my staring center is 38 and injury prone. I had considered letting him go at the end of the previous season, but ended up giving him a one year contract at a reduced salary since I'm not sure his back-up is really ready to take over as the starter. However, my center is pretty injury prone. I've already decided that if he doesn't get the hint and retire at season's end, I'm not going to resign him. My entire offensive line is beginning to worry me in terms of age and contracts. After this season, I foresee a busy time working free agency and the draft to rebuild the O-Line.

I'm still running a 3-4 on defense, with a strong Nickel package for 3rd-and-long situations. I've had great luck in signing and keeping a strong linebacker corps who do well both in coverage and putting pressure in the backfield. My secondary is... good. I seem to have trouble putting together a consistent group of corners, but my safeties are among the best the NFL.

I love this game. I'm hoping to be able to put together a package to rebuild Candlestick after this year. I'm probably going to dump some high priced but aging talent. May have to dangle some trades out there...
