Happy St. Party Day! Being of Anglo-Irish Heritage, I understand what the holiday is really about, and why Americans don't get it. But whatever, enjoy a real Irish beer and remember the corned beef and cabbage is not a traditional Irish dish. Have some suggestions.

Corned beef and cabbage may not be traditional but I love the stuff and can usually get a good deal on the groceries. Sadly, lamb isn't in my budget but I like that as well.
