I want to film people all over the country singing this, with the final being as many people as we can fit on the Capitol steps. Get people from all over. Farmers, cowboys, factory workers, trainees at Fort Benning, a New York cop on traffic duty, cute kids.

I must make it happen.

You know enough folks in enough different parts of the country to make it happen even without the lottery. Just get folks to film it in their area and upload it to Vimeo, then you splice and edit the final version.

How about a cute cripple & her hubby? We can sing... And if we happen to go to Milwaukee to visit dad, we can film there, too (and you can replace a scenic shot of us here with a scenic shot of us in MKE). I even have a new blue guitar...

I remembered "The Preamble" part of the song all my life and taught/reminded my older sister when she had to memorize it for school. :) Who doesn't remember singing it to themselves for a test in Social Studies???
