1) I call you by your given name or Sniper, though not the latter as much. I think of you as kshandra's husband much of the time, but as an individual in your own right more and more as we talk.
2) I know saying Grateful Dead is easy, but with the life you've led, "Touch of Grey" comes screaming to the fore.
3) Everyone else has wished you health, so I'll wish you a New Year's Eve concert with the Grateful Dead, Jerry included. One with The Other Ones in second place. I think I used up my resurrection spell on the_ogre's gift.

5) Not very, but we seem to be working on that (and I'm pleased).
