he's going to want to put it on his truck. But to do that, he'll need to clean the grime off the plate so it will stick.

So he's going to need cleaner and one of the microfiber cloths.

But once he's done that, he'll see how bad the back of the truck looks.

So he'll want to wash it.

Which means finding the car wash stuff.

But then he'll need to clean the car wash stuff because it's been outside for a year.

Then he can clean his gate and taillights.

Oh no! Now the back of the truck is shiny, but the rest? He's going to need more water and cleaner!

Then he gets to clean the whole truck.

And rinse it.

And dry the exterior windows and mirrors.

Then the penguin will finally head back, knowing he's done a good job.

Until he remembers.

He forgot to put the blasted sticker on!

And this is why the penguin has retreated to the Command Papasan.
