OK, I am done with this shit. Once again, I'm constantly short of breath. It woke me up last night, and I got winded to the point of having to sit down to rest after getting dressed this morning. Doctor has been emailed. I don't freaking care if he wants me in the hospital today, I want to know what's going on and how we fix it!

As an asthmatic since 21 months, I agree wholeheartedly about not breathing.

I've found right after I have a Need Antibiotics Bronchitis episode, that it takes Months for the lungs to recover. Did they give you that breathing exerciser - the one with the ball that you inhale keeping on within the happy face area and try to get as much air in as possible in? Yeah, that one. Use it. It will help restore your lung function.
Harold had pneumonia earlier this year, and his lungs are still not fully cleared out. No, he won't use that machine either.
Which is why his lungs are still a mess.
But like I said, this is a Your Lungs are Still Healing thing and time will help.
I know Frustrated Penguin Boy is Frustrated!

Yes, Follow The Doctor's Suggestions. It's amazing how many people don't, or forget to. I got used to doing what doctors told me right from the start so it's pretty much second nature.

Ugh. I hate it when that happens.

Ever been checked for asthma? I was getting episodes like that for *years* once or twice a year. I finally went in to the doc during one. Turned out to be my asthma. I'd been used to the *very* acute attacks (the "I can't breath, get me to the ER!" sort). Never knew I could have what I call "slow motion" attacks.

This is the right time for that sort of thing. Change of seasons, means change of allergens.
