..please turn out the light at the end of the tunnel?
The 4th Stryker Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division has now left Iraq. The last few vehicles are rolling through a border checkpoint as I speak, bound for ports in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and the long trip home.
Our combat mission in Iraq has ended. No more patrols, no more convoy escorts, no more serving as bait for terrorists.
Thank you, President Obama.
Thank you to everyone who served over there, and to your families and friends for supporting you.
