It never freaking ends. Over the last several days, I've been noticing pain and stiffness in both knees. It's getting worse. Looking things up, I show three common symptoms of arthritis. Doctor has been emailed.

Also symptoms of a common ailment - getting older. It is incurable and fatal, but not for a long time. :)
