Make their children read the bloody book and do their own homework.

It was easier to get the bloody books so their kids could do their own homework.

4. Most progressives agreed that the government should do what?
Make sure all children had the books so they could do their own homework.

5. Throughout the 1920's, how did American's generally feel?
That the flappers with their short skirts were distracting their children from doing their own homework.
6. What stimulated (encouraged) US imperialism?
Children who had done their own homework realizing that we could kill everyone else and take their stuff, but only if we did it FIRST.
7. What as a fundamental disagreement between the candidates in the 1932 presidential election?
Whether the children should do their own homework or be able to hire it out.

The Germans sank the Luisitania, which was carrying a shipment of books to help our children do their own homework.

It gave the GIs a chance to go to school and do their own homework!

The one that made sure the most children did their own homework.
