Good point, although good luck getting people tossing the terms at whoever they oppose to get it. After all, you currently have the right complaining that the current president is running amok when he's only doing the same things that Their Guy did -- only with the signs reversed.
(Personally, I'm nervous about all uses of executive authority, regardless of the ideology of the Maximum Leader.)
