I was very upset by this too (they announced it on the plane as we started our descent, and my first words to hopeforyou and sinboy were "The Angels won, those pigfuckers!"). But at least I get to be home for the last game!

I was watching this at joedecker's house, with some
number of other people (including, at times, deyo,
hopeforyou, and sinboy), and I found it to be
similarly heartbreaking.

P.S.: The TV had the sound turned down. Which of
#25's poor fielding plays were or weren't scored as
errors. (Series MVP? Per'aps not...)

The only error was the blooper to the left field line that Barry lost.
