gridloreAfter a heartbreaking loss last night, the Giants brought up perpetual minor-leaguer Ryan Sadowski to pitch in place of the struggling Jonathon Sanchez. How'd he do?
6 innings, 4 hits, no runs, 3 walks, 2 strikeouts. Kid also got tagged in the leg by a line drive and got his first Major League hot with a nice single in the 4th inning.
But Nate Schierholtz was the big story, 4 for 5 with a homerun and and an RBI.
San Francisco Giants: 7
Milwaukee Brewers: 0
