One of the best buskers I ever heard was in Sunnyvale's transit mall. There is a traditional bell tower, and as the bell rang out the hour, he started doing the intro to Hells Bells.

I gave five bucks for impressive use of environmental noise.

Impressive technique, but not entirely surprising. Toccata & Fugue is an organ piece, which is a keyboard instrument as well. SO it would be rather easily adaptable.
