WTF, iTunes store?

Since I don't have enough metal in my life, i was poking around the iTunes store the other day and found that their "Essentials" included a Pantera set. The Essentials series are pure genius. Each comes in four layers, about 15 songs in each, and along with sets for bands and genres, they have things like "Trucking Songs" and work out sets. All in all a great idea.
I go to purchase the Basic level Pantera Essentials.. and get nothing. The purchase shows up as unavailable. Weird.
kshandra double-checks all the settings (it is still her name on the account) and still nothing. so we try ordering the 15 songs one at a time. Works like a charm. Annoying thing is there is no place to report this on the iTunes support page. It's one of those frustrating pages that straight-jackets your complaint into their nice neat categories, and if you have a problem outside their forms? You're screwed.
On the good side of things, LiveMetallica.com has a pile of shows available for free downloads. These run from 1982 to 2003. I grabbed the 20 DEC 1984 show from the Lyceum, in London last night. Great stuff.
