At the end of the 2011 season (where my 49ers were knocked out in the Divisional playoffs) I got a message that the Indianapolis Colts were moving.

To Mexico City. Where they'll be known as the Pioneers. Or, more accurately Los Pioneros de Ciudad de México.

I didn't notice, but I'd guess not, since the game was being coded while the place was still being built. So they wouldn't have the required images to properly model it.
