A few months ago, capplor (the Fred half of that wonderful pair) contacted me and told me he needed a trucker for his webcomic, Angels & Aliens. I was happy to help out, and sent him links to a couple of pictures and a link to my dream truck.

The whole epilogue thing was Fred's idea (though Snufkin had said as background that the Angels tended to discredit their witnesses by running a tabloid). So he & I brainstormed "How would Doug have handled it, given that the story required him to not actually get the better of the Angels?"

I was hoping he'd draw the pictures from the tabloid story, but he thought that was better left to the imagination. Maybe I can get him to do a sketch for a "vote thank you" image.
