Oh, yeah.. not putting my teeth in this morning was a good thing.

I can also hurdle furniture in a single bound and corner like a race car when I have to.

Today sucks.

keep your lytes up: a little Gatorade with your water, or some OJ or a banana...... as tolerated. small doses, but keep them coming regardless.

we've been there, done that, and don't wanna go through that again.
