Had a bad monent last night when I thought I had lost Mr. Bigglesworth. After leaving my panel on RPG war stories (where I had used the comp to read isomeme's story about Franz Arrit) I got back to the room to discover the laptop pocket in my bag wide open and no computer. Panic set in. I searched my route three times, filed a lost item report, and in general acted like the parent of a lost child.

This morning, I reached into the main body of my backpack for a book and pulled out... Mr. Bigglesworth.

Amazing what not getting any sleep for close to 20 hours will do for you ability to think of things like "looking in the rest of the bag first."

Panels have gone well, people have been met, I got the Top Secret Ribbon from katster (Go Giants!) and the universe shrank a little more when I learned that betnoir's husband, western_slope, went to Harvey Mudd with isomeme.

And I slept through the fire alarm.
