Since its been a year, just thought I'd catch up with you...

So, how you been? I understand that you are now reduced to running from cave to cave along the Pakistan border. Tough luck, but what did you expect? Did you really think that we'd roll over and die? We're Americans dude, we're tougher than that! Yes, you hurt us. 3,000 dead, billions in damage, but the dead will be remembered and the property rebuilt. Hell, the Pentagon looks good as new!

Ever talk with your Taliban buddies? There are a few left who aren't caged up in Cuba or dead. Might want to make polite with them quickly, since it's your fault they lost their nation. Amazing what B-52s can do in a civil war. Did you see the people dancing in the streets as the Taliban was pushed back? The lines to get shaved, the TVs and radios being dug up from hiding places? The Afghan people couldn't wait to get back to normal. They hated you and your cronies. Does that tell you something?

Anyway, being that you're hiding in caves from the US Army, maybe I should tell you about America these days. Right now, we're focused on the pennant race in baseball and on the new football season. Political races are heating up as we get ready for mid-term elections. In other words, we're still who we are.

You failed, Osama. All you did was kill a few of us, and destroy some buildings. In exchange we destroyed your safe haven and made you a hunted animal. And we won't give up. We won't be happy until we have your body, or drag you here in chains. You have two choices, give up, or die like a rat in a hole.

Frankly, I vote for the second choice.

With all due respect,

An American

y'know, gridlore, I'm pretty sure he's actually dead. The man is seriously camera and microphone happy, and there hasn't been any new footage since last year....I think he's buried under a pile of rubble in one of those caves, personally.

Could be, but I'm one of those "show me the body" types. Besides I just have this wonderful image of OBL being hauled up in front of a New York judge for arrignment...

Hi - I hope you don't mind that I linked to you through fimbrethil's site. The image I have is much juicier. Instead of hauling him up in front of a New York judge for arraignment, why don't we just haul him to New York .. ....and let him go? There wouldn't even be crumbs left for a jude to rule on.

Actually, you had it right the first time. After all, St. Jude is the patron saint of lost causes.... ;-)

While the picture of a few thousand New Yorkers turning him into a pothole is fun, the Law & Order fan in me just has this fun picture of OBL being taking to arrignment in a typical crowded courtroom. Really hammer home that to our courts, he's just another scumball.

Or we could send him to a Yankees game in Red Sox gear...
