What ever killed me yesterday decided to stick around. After a very restless night, I called in to work this morning. At least I tried to. Adam's phone rang through to voice mail, and neither of the office lines picked up. Well, I tried.

Still suffering intestinal cramps, but at this point it seems to mostly gas-related issues. Hopefully, this thing will be done tonight.

my usual suggestion for gut issues is one of the following:

fiber pills, and tons of water

go on a bland, preferably mostly liquid, diet for a day or two.

more water, seriously.

oh, and if this happens a lot? journal. a lot of times food doesnt react with ME until Waaaay later, so only a journal lets me figure out that i have ___ the day *after* i eat _____
