gridloreY'know, for a complete non-foodie, I'm utterly addicted to Top Chef. Of course, I have no fashion sense and love Project Runway as well.
This is the kind of reality I love. Skilled people being forced to push those skills to the limit. Amazing what they can come up with in limited time with very limited resources.
Not that I'd eat most of it. And I feel guilty for contemplating a microwave burrito.

Some of it might be from my being able to build the flavors (there have been some things which cause me to go, "WTF... avocado and baconn ice cream?).
Most of it comes from knowing I can't compete at that level, but that I can do most of what they do.
