Get Game Table, instead of Klooge. Game Table's free, and works pretty damn well. shanex makes and maintains it, and implements solutions and bug fixes pretty damned fast.
Also, while I think OUM would make a good setting, I have yet to get over my basic loathing of Gurps, and suggest another point based system, honestly. ;)
