Blame it on the burrito.
Yesterday, racing around trying to keep my schedule in the green, I grabbed burrito from a catering truck (known as "roach coaches" for obvious reasons.) The burrito was pretty good, and I wolfed it down while driving. Then wolfed it right back up.
Last night my stomach was still in knots, and I wasn't better this morning. So I decided that plumbing was the better part of valor. If I don't feel better by tonight, I may check out an ER for food poisoning.
