The tooth crisis has passed; the second molar that was tormenting me was removed by the BFI method this afternoon. Sucker was stabbing the roof of my mouth every time I moved, so it had to go.

So currently there are no teeth in immediate danger of going AWOL, and I still have enough to chew (after a fashion.) So right now, it looks like I'll be able to make it to my benefits without starving to death.

I'm starting to sound a little funny, though.
