Nope. Sir Arameth Gridlore founded Gridlore Technologies shortly before the Third Imperium's founding; moving the family to the Spinward Marches early on, about 60 or so. IMTU, Lunion was named after Sir Arameth's grand daughter, who was born on the journey.
