Happy Winter Holiday!

Got home from my sister's place a while ago. Another good Christmas with the family. Amazing how the hearing aids help when several people are talking. All three nieces were present, and enjoyed their gifts.

So, what did I get? I was good this year!

• kshandra and I now have ten passes to San Jose Giants home games. So we'll get to go to at least five baseball games this season.


• A Das-Can-in-Stein which will be great for the desert.


• And the most awesome thing, I'm getting a set of John Julius Norwich's Byzantium books. We found them on eBay for a very low price for a really good set.
