Well, suck.
Jun. 21st, 2010 10:30 amAlong with the mysteriously aching knees, I started feeling poorly again last night. Back to feeling drained and achy, with Sushi Cat sitting on my chest.
I now have two doctor's appointments this week. Tomorrow at Ophthalmology to look into why my visual field test was so terrible in my left eye, and this morning I finally heard back from my alleged oncologist for a follow-up to tests I did months ago. Seeing him on Thursday. I'll probably see my GP as well sometime this week.
At this point I'm really beginning to wonder about my general state of health. I asked Dr. Petty if he thought I was a candidate for federal disability. Not yet summed up the reply. But if this knee thing is serious, or if I keep getting sick, then we are going to apply. I also think we need to look at the food stamp program.
sigh.
But not everything is gloom and doom. Iron Maiden has a new album coming out in August, and you can download the first single for free today. They still sound great. Kind of pissed that I wasn't able to see them last night, especially with Dream Theater opening, but as the Rolling Stones once said, you can't always get what you want.
At least the Giants are playing well.
