Heavy Metal Sunday piles on the covers!
Jan. 4th, 2009 10:52 amWhat a weekend. Flooding, firemen in the apartment, trying to set up a new computer... but nothing stops HEAVY METAL SUNDAY!
This morning, we start covers month with the Metal Gods themselves, Judas Priest, covering Chuck Berry's immortal Johnny B. Goode. I think my favorite part of this is how they don't try to do Berry's style, but instead adapt the song to their own style. the results are interesting. So cuddle up under they fleece throw, sip your hot beverage of choice, and enjoy!
Next week.. I have no clue. My bookmarks folder is MIA so I'm going to have to do some reconstruction over the next few days.
