Went very well, in my opinion. Neal (the owner) was quite pleased that I was early, and was ecstatic over my driving experience. The entire thing was short and more a conversation than a grilling.

Pay is $30K annually, and it's a salaried position. Good news, we wouldn't have to move to Orinda. He's specifically looking for drivers in Santa Clara County. The way it works is a five day 24 hour on call shift. Some days, you spend all day in the van. Others, you sit around all day. I have no problem with this. There are benefits. From what i was getting, I'd be taking the van home.
I'll hear Saturday, and could start next Monday!
