deathbytamarind while she was stealing Noah Lowry's glove and spikes
What I was doing:
10 years ago: I was lying in a bed in the Peterson Cancer Ward dealing with post-op problems and contemplating the concept that I might well die before I reached 30.
Five years ago: I was on disability, and getting ready to go into dispatch at SuperShuttle.
1 year ago: Working at Cost Plus, and starting to think about a new job.
5 snacks I enjoy:
1. peanuts
2. cheddar cheese
3. chips and salsa
4. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
5. popcorn
5 artists that I know the lyrics of most of their songs:
1. Grateful Dead
2. Barenaked Ladies
3. AC/DC
4. Metallica
5. Jethro Tull
5 things I’d do with $100 million:
1. Giants season tickets. Club level, first base side.
2. Get a custom chopper built for me, and a trike for
kshandra
3. Travel! I'd spend most of my time exploring the world.
4. Set up a trust fund for
eleri and the Mighty Miri Mouse. Then pay for college for
madelineusher and the other niece, who is too young to have a Live Journal.. yet.
5. Most of it would be invested in slow growth, secure instruments. Insuring that I'd be set for life. Live on the interest, never touch the principle, baby!
5 locations I’d like to run away to:
1. San Francisco
2. Morocco. Specifically Casablanca, where I'd set up a small cafe...
3. Ireland
4. Some small town in Arizona or New Mexico, way out in the desert somewhere.
5. Alaska's North Slope
5 bad habits I have:
1. Cursing
2. Procrastination
3. Over thinking everything
4. Not paying enough attention to my appearance
5. Not eating well
5 things I like doing:
1. Writing
2. Watching sports
3. Net surfing
4. Running Podzilla
5. Role-playing games
5 things I would never wear:
1. Plaid.
2. Heavy jewelery. I'm just not into jewelery, and in my opinion guys with gold ropes around their necks and wrists look stupid.
3. Suit/tie on a daily basis. Shoot me first.
4. Those pants that hang low enough to show off your underwear. How this became a fashion is beyond me.
5. A garrison cap. Those things made me look like a dart.
5 TV shows I like: We canceled the cable to save money, so this is from memory.
1. Countdown with Keith Olberman
2. Law and Order
3. Stargate SG-1
4. CSI
5. Airline
5 movies I like:
1. Blade Runner
2. The American President
3. Field of Dreams
4. The Natural
5. Patton
5 famous people I’d like to meet:
1. Rob Halford (Lead Singer for Judas Priest)
2. Barry Bonds (Outfielder, San Francisco Giants)
3. Mike Krukow (Giants broadcaster, former pitcher)
4. Joey Skaggs (prankster extraordinaire)
5. Steve Jackson (game designer and owner of Steve Jackson Games)
5 favorite toys:
1. PalmPilot
2. stuffed penguins
3. Podzilla
4. Other peoples' minds
5. An old tennis ball. Hell of a lot of fun when you work in a big ass warehouse.
