Holy crap, what an amazing show! The stage was fantastic (with four different backdrops: Electric Eye, Angel of Retribution, the AoR logo, and the Judas Priest logo. There were stairs, walkways, and the band used every inch of it will pounding out 30 years worth of metal on a very appreciative audience.
My personal favorite moment came when they played Judas is Rising off Angel of Retribution. New song, but quickly becoming one of my favorites. Breaking the Law was great, and I love the trick at the beginning of the song with them all lined up playing each other's guitars.
Queensryche was good, but to be honest they've never been one of my favorite bands. Frankly, their stuff just melds together into a sort of generic metal sound after a while to my ear.
We all had a blast, and I was pleased to learn this was
